COVID-19 Vaccination

As of 1/20/21: While The Everett Clinic is offering COVID-19 vaccines for those eligible for phase 1B-1 and 1A, Summit View Clinic is only offering COVID-19 vaccines for those eligible for phase 1A due to the volume of health care workers that still need vaccination given their heightened risk. Our limited supplies won’t be able to meet patient demand, however, Washington State is opening mass vaccination clinics and we look forward to partnering with our community to ensure a rapid expansion of COVID-19 vaccine availability. To find a vaccination location near you, please go to Washington State’s Phase Finder website.

Telemedicine at Summit View Clinic

We are proud to now offer Telemedicine visits as an additional way to provide care.

The world has been changing quickly and we realize that not everyone wants to come into the clinic right now.  We hear you and have arranged a way for you to continue to be seen by your provider virtually, in the comfort of your own home.  What is even better is that these telemedicine visits are currently being covered by insurance providers.

What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine is using technology, such as a smartphone or computer, to connect a patient to a medical provider, so that they can evaluate, diagnose, and care for the patient at a distance.

How do you schedule?
Contact our office at 253-537-0293 and speak to a scheduler to let them know you are interested in your next visit being via Telemedicine.  If you are an established patient, they will let you know if your visit is eligible for telemedicine1
.  Once the appointment is made, they will give you instructions on how to access the application or website for your telemedicine appointment.

For patients that do need to be seen in the office, please rest assured that we are doing our best to separate patients that are coming in for routine visits from patients that are coming in because they are sick with upper respiratory symptoms.  We are utilizing our new Telemedicine services to evaluate many of our sick patients to give them the care they need while preventing possible exposures to our patients and staff.  Patients with a cough, congestion or other symptoms that are seen in the clinic are asked to wait in their cars until it is time to be seen, come in through a separate entrance where they are immediately given a mask to wear and are seen in separate exam rooms on the far side of the building.  We are doing our best to continue to provide our best care to all of our patients.

1 Appointments for refills on opioids or other controlled pain medications as well as benzodiazepines cannot be done by Telemedicine and must be completed in person.

2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
